That Pisses Me Off

One question I always have every year I clean the school.

Why can’t little boys aim that thing?

I mean, really. Every single day I go into the bathrooms and the whole toilet has been peed on. It’s not like it is hard to miss that big huge bowl. Never the less, each and every day to seat is soaked, the back of the toilet is soaked, the floor is soaked, and it stinks!

I theorized about this one time. I had a thought that maybe it was because there were so many kids without fathers in their lives to show them the proper way to aim. Do single mommies take time to teach this art? Perhaps having only mommies around is the reason they don’t raise the seat when they go. Have they been yelled at too much for leaving the seat up?

Maybe I should invent some sort of gizmo that goes into the toilet that will induce the little buggers to aim for a target to score point or something. Maybe that is it. Kids are just bored so they decide to spray all over just for jollies. Maybe they just start looking around and forget that they have to leave their bodies squared to the rim?

Whatever the reason, it is a constant anxiety to me to have to day after day after day clean up piddle from places where piddle should not be. It is job security I guess, but it is nasty and smelly. Sometimes I wonder why the day guy does not go in and check on the bathrooms from time to time because sometimes when I get there it is already dried up on the stool. Couldn’t he take a second or two to check and wipe?

I remember when I was a little boy, my Dad did actually take me to the washroom with him and show me how to aim and to make sure I got it all in the water. Peeing on the toilet was a big no no when I was growing up. The big motto was, if you sprinkle when you tinkle, be a sweetie and wipe the seatie.

Perhaps some of you could help enlighten me on single Mom toilet training for little boys. Help me to understand why I have to clean wee wee from everywhere because I just don’t get it.

It sounds as if you need a kids clean the bathrooms day at your school:)

So perhaps it is because they never have to deal with the mess?

Someone told me the women's restroom is usually nastier than the men's? Is that true? I guess it would be different with little girls vs. little boys.

Depends on where the bathroom is. At the shopping mall I worked at, the women's room was worse by far, but there were hardly any men shopping. At school, the boys are nastier, but the girls leave paper all over the floor.
